When you’re constantly managing someone else’s moods, your world can shrink just to keep the house quiet. It happens so slowly you may not notice until you feel isolated, exhausted, and no longer sure what’s normal.

You don’t need to make a big, frightening decision today. You just need clarity.

Your privacy, honestly

• A neutral title. The Reflection Journal has no reference to the subject on its cover.
• Discreet billing. Your statement shows our trade name, “[trade name]”, with no reference to the subject.
• A simple text-only file. No images, quick to print, minimal ink.
• Know your device. No download can be made invisible. Inside, a short page explains what private browsing, deleting files and closing windows can and can’t hide, so you can make your own choices. If you think your phone or computer is being monitored, consider buying and reading it on a device you believe is safe.
