Fanfare for Friendship
‘Fanfare for Friendship’, composed by Keith Eaglesfield and arranged for Concert Band by Bill Pollard, was originally a wedding anthem. Subsequently, it was re-scored as a Fanfare and March for the ‘Long Eaton Militaires Carnival Band, who formed a close association with the ‘Voll Freud Carnival Group’ from Essen Werden in Germany. ‘Fanfare for Friendship’ became their twinning anthem and is still played to the present day. This new arrangement by Bill Pollard adds a new dimension to the composition and is highly programmable and a great concert opener. Additional parts are supplied for Eb Horns, Bb Trombones, Bb Euphonium and Eb/Bb Basses.
