HOW TO USE

Open in a recent desktop version of Microsoft Excel. Save a working copy for each property or operating year. Replace the fictional sample entries with your own information. Enter data in the pale input cells and keep the teal formula columns intact. Prepared data-entry rows generally run from 6–105; extend formulas and formatting before adding further rows.

BEFORE YOU BUY

• Designed for short-term and vacation-rental hosts, including Airbnb, Vrbo and independent bookings.

• Excel is recommended. Google Sheets import is not separately verified; formulas, dropdowns and layout can vary after importing.

• Built-in formulas calculate selected fields from the information you enter. These templates do not sync with Airbnb, Vrbo, calendars, banks or accounting systems and do not import bookings automatically.

• Sample information is fictional and must be replaced before use.

• Preview watermarks appear only on listing images. The customer workbook is unwatermarked.

• Reorder quantities are estimates based on your stock inputs. No orders are placed automatically. Turnover readiness depends on the statuses you enter.

• Use for your own rental business. Do not resell or redistribute the blank template or source file.

• Independent product from The Coastal Escape; not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb, Vrbo or Microsoft.

Also included in the expanded Complete Vacation Rental Host Bundle, together with the other two Excel trackers and three coordinating PDF/Word booklets. This individual listing includes only the workbook described above.
