These are the digital .STL files to 3D Print a Djinn toy foam dart blaster. Please read the entire item description before purchasing.

The Djinn is a toy foam dart blaster powered by the Flycore system from OldFusionDesigns.

The Djinn was designed from the ground up for OFD's in-development Brushless Flycore in partnership with Talonaxe Armory. The Djinn's PCB is licensed from Team CRAP and sold by Talonaxe here.

In addition, the Djinn is compatible with any current straight talon Flycore or Noidcore, from micro-wheel all the way up to full size wheels, so you don't have to go Brushless!

What I'm calling the "Standard Djinn" setup, uses 1404 Brushless motors and 3d printed flywheels designed by TalonaxeArmory specifically for the Djinn. 70%+ power hits around 150-160. 50% power hits right around 100fps, so perfect for HvZ. The lowest fps we've managed is 30% for around 60fps (not sure why you'd need that, but its capable of it). Different motors/wheels will get different fps ranges (2207 motors, for instance are comparable to the SBF); the motor mounting plates and flycore (available on my github. see below) are open source so the community is free to develop new motor mounting plates for specific motor/wheel combos.

UPDATES / ADD-ONS / IMPROVEMENTS:

In order to make updates and add-ons available to early adopters I've set up a Github repository to hold them. All files on the github are considered to be CC-BY-NC-ND; they are for the use of those who have purchased Djinn files.

The Djinnshee Wheels on the github are recommended over the stock wheels in the fileset.

PRINTING

Some components of the Djinn are quite large prints, namely the Upper and Lower. These will fit diagonally on the build plates of a Prusa Mk3 and Ender3, though some slicer programs that add a buffer around the build plate may cause issues with fitting the prints on. Testing was done with Bambu Studio.

ASSEMBLY

Guide PDF included with the fileset.

Additional resources available on my github (https://github.com/DetroitDartworks/Djinn

Talonaxe Armory also put out an assembly video: https://youtu.be/LMrrrJ9M5Kk?si=PH1qJRrbEKkjy7eQ

FILESETS

Included are all of the files for the 3D Printed parts of the Djinn, including all of the above options

NOTE: This is a FLYCORE blaster. You will need to download, print, assemble, and wire the proper Flycore files to complete this blaster. The official OFD BRUSHLESS FLYCORE is currently in-development, but Talonaxe Armory has forked a Brushless Flycore for this project which can be found in the Djinn Github repository (see "Compatible Flycores" below).

Building this blaster requires knowledge of circuits and soldering. It is NOT recommended for beginners.
