Well, we are into our third month of social distancing, and let's just say, this has been more exciting than Mister Toad’s Wild Ride at Disneyland. So much has happened in the world, and especially in the world of fashion publishing. Agenda has been scarcely affected (all complaining aside with slower mail and most things done remotely, at least for the time being), we are still putting out compelling content! This issue’s cover features the stunning Kiara Liz (Miss Puerto Rico 2018); and on our back cover is supermodel Tyson Beckford. Both are featured in fashion editorials with interviews titled “Dancing Queen” and “The Tyson Effect” by Ty-Ron Mayes, the Fashion Whisperer.

In Fashion Talk, Editor-in-Chief Kaylene Peoples addresses the collective problem of boredom, routine, cabin fever, and social distancing with the article, “Self Quarantine Got You Down? Let’s Clean Out the Closet!” Beauty by Shahada Karim features "Pandemic Practice: Deep Steep" – an up close look at bath bombs; "Quarantine Beauty Routine" puts us back on track to maintain and manage our beauty rituals; and "Stem Cells & Skin Care," with the advice of Jennifer Christie, discusses the use of creams and serums that use extracts to repair skin damage. And Wise Remedies by Melanie Wise focuses on the use of herbs for medicinal purposes.

This issue’s Fashion Archives is all about style and grace with the couture and ready-to-wear designs of Carolina Herrera. From 838 Media Group, Ash Gupta interviews and photographs Face of the Month Indian actress and style influencer Soundarya Sharma; and Courtlyn Cannan models designs from Altaf Maaneshia in the fashion editorial “Isolation.” The Black Design Collective spotlights celebrity designer Sergio Hudson with the interview, “Sergio Hudson: Every Woman’s Designer.” Fashion Runway and backstage beauty features Stolen Girlfriends Club from New Zealand Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020.

In Book Reviews, Zac Baldwin critiques the following novels: Smokescreen by Iris Johansen, A Dangerous Man by Robert Crais, and Thin Air by Lisa Gray. With no open movie theaters, Sheryl Aronson (Arting Around) interviews an acclaimed publicist about the rebranding of the movie industry in "Roz Wolf Talks Film in a Quarantined Hollywood." And during uncertain times, we often turn to family, which for many of us includes our pets. Agenda met with the founder of Dog Sitting Company. Read the interview, titled “Madison Berrones Takes Pet Sitting to a Whole New Level!”

While we slowly reenter society, now is as good a time as any to enjoy the page-turner that is . . . Agenda Mid-Spring 2020, Issue #13!
