+ 60 minute Zoom intake consultation
We start with a deep dive into your current state. You’ll share your symptoms, history, eating patterns, lifestyle, stress, and goals. This allows me to see the full picture and understand the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.
From this, I build your starting direction.
Your first personalized 30 day plan
Within 72 hours, you receive a fully customized plan tailored to your body and your current phase.
This includes what to eat, when to eat, timing structure, hydration rhythm, and a simple daily flow you can actually follow without overthinking.
The goal here is to stabilize your system and create momentum.
+ Ongoing monthly guidance and adjustments
This is where the program becomes powerful.
+ Each month, we meet for a Zoom call where we review how your body is responding. We look at your energy, digestion, cravings, weight changes, and overall progress.
+ From there, I build your next 30 day plan based on real feedback, not guesswork.
Your plan evolves with you.
+ Mid month 20 min check in Zoom call
Around the halfway point of each month, we reconnect to make adjustments if needed.
This keeps you from going too far in the wrong direction and allows us to correct things early.
+ Messaging support throughout the program
You’re not doing this alone in between calls.
You’ll have access to message me with questions, updates, or when something feels off.
This keeps you supported, grounded, and on track as you move through each phase.
