Dear Readers,
I never dreamed that I would graduate with honours. I owe it to my dad and my family for all the encouragement and Faith they have in me; and one more thing got me through.

I found a free ebook on the internet that you can purchase for $5 now.

The Art and Magic
of Memory Recall!

It is more than the memory book; it helps to shape our character, as character is built resisting the weakness of mediocrity.

It also inspires the development of spirituality and encourages us to acquire more and more strength to overcome adversity leading to self mastery.

It also shares instructions on learning how to judge between right and wrong, virtue from Vice and what is evil from that which is pure.

It is a bargain at any price and it will change your life for the better as it has done mine.

Thanks to my family and the author Phillip L. Hansen who shared it with me.

Memory Recall Benefits

The benefits of memory recall are many. All of our successes growth and progress rely on memory recall. How many times have we said it's on the tip of my tongue. I have those moments as well. That is part of life but with a better memory method for recall it happens less often.

Memory is also important for habit formation and transformation, to develop good habits or to improve and overcome bad habits. There is a science of disciplines and principles that govern habit formation. These principles make it easier to adapt as well as to be flexible. Life is constantly changing and so we need to be adaptable and flexible. What really happens as we develop habits to fit every occasion and discipline. These are called transferable habits, skills and knowledge. A good memory method makes that possible.

Magic memory recall is a method of training, organizing and categorizing what we are learning so that the information is available for creative transformation and the instant recall.

There are categories for knowledge in different areas of discipline, or principles that govern every dimension of existence.

There are spiritual laws, there are temporal laws and laws of Health, including: mental, emotional, and physical well being. There are disciplines of personal self mastery. That would also include any overlapping Sciences affecting all dimensions. These are transferable skills in principles and laws that govern everything.

The organization categorisation and classification of this information will make it handy for instant recall at any moment.

Now we need to discover and organized those categories that apply to our situation?

What are the transferable, skills principles and categories that will fit with every sphere of discipline?

What are the stages of discipline that we need to identify and integrate for a full and wholesome productive life of service to all Humanity?

The way to organize is to create inner mind the categories that apply to our situation. Most people will be different and very few will be exactly the same.

Create rooms, departments or if you like hooks that refer you too all information also stored under convenient titles. This becomes your mental filing cabinet.

Recently I have learned that this eases mental retention as well as it increases your memory capacity that ease memory recall.
