The socks feature a rounded wedge toe, a wrap-and-turn short-row heel with a mini-gusset, a lace pattern along the instep, and finishes with a folded picot hem. Leg and foot length are adjustable.


Intended to be worn with approximately 1 in [2.5 cm] negative ease for adults and 0.5 in [1.5 cm] for children.


Needles:

US 1 [2.25 mm] flexible double-pointed needles


Use the needle size you need to achieve gauge.


Yarn:

These socks are knit with Knit Picks Static yarn which is available in a colorful range of self-patterning designs.


Amounts listed below are approximate. Total yarn requirements will vary depending on desired foot width, foot length, and leg length.


Knit Picks Static (437 yds/400 m, 3.5 oz/100 g, 75% Superwash wool, 25% nylon): 1 skein
