This is the program I've been running on and off with slight modifications for the past couple years where I saw most of my growth. This program is meant to be run for 6 days a week followed by a rest day, it is aimed at optimizing your strength on the main compound movements while supplementing old-school body building techniques. With the proper diet you will be able to gain mass and strength like you've never seen before. I recommend eating at least your body weight in protein to optimize the most amount return on your lifting efforts. This is geared towards lifters of all experience ranging from complete beginners to experienced gym bros that are stuck at a plateau. My goal for this program is to give structure to those go to the gym and don't have direction, I found through my experience in the beginning I was just going with no purpose and once I became more strict and serious the results followed suit.


Tips - supplements I use would be creatine monohydrate and whey protein time to time. try to get most of your protein from solid real food sources, you'll feel better and your lifts will be better
