PHASE 5 GYM Program
This program incorporates a 4-day gym training program, consisting of 2 x upper body days and 2 x lower body days, as well as some core.
The focus is on increasing strength, with a focus on shaping the legs, arms and glutes.
Go for increased weights in each exercise over the course of the four weeks. Even if you can only increase by 0.25kg, it’s still an increase! Each set should be HARD to perform by the last 2-3 reps (without compromising technique).
