But a marriage is a LEGALLY binding business partnership. For a marriage to work, there must be a deep mutual understanding of each other’s expectations and what you both plan to contribute to this ‘business’ (as utterly unromantic as it obviously is!).

How you use this document

Print out the download. Each party is then given the opportunity to fill in a comprehensive questionnaire giving details of their past history, expectations and responsibilities as a married person. About 20 pages each. Some questions are deliberately quite challenging. Once completed, each party signs to confirm that their answers are honest and true.
