Instructions: Take the tablet into the shower and place on a ledge or shower floor out of the direct stream of water. Lightly sprinkle water onto tablet to activate. Periodically sprinkle water on the tablet so it continues to release the scent and dissolve slowly. Do not place directly in the stream of water or the tablet will dissolve too fast and be too strong

1 oz steamers last 5-10 minutes and 1.5 oz tablets last 15-20 minutes when used per the instructions below.

If pregnant or nursing consult a physician. Warning: If the steamer tablet is too close to you, your eyes may feel tingly or "minty fresh". To avoid this, we recommend placing the steamer further away from you and do NOT hover over it. These are not like other shower steamers and are very strong. Use caution when using the steamer for children under the age of 10 as the menthol is powerful.
