If I am not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

ANSWER:

Due to the time and preparation Jordanna personally invests in every session all sales are final once a session is scheduled and confirmed. If you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours in advance using your confirmation email link. If you have concerns before your session please reach out directly at jordanna@lctransport.net and we will take care of you.

QUESTION 2:

How does scheduling work after I purchase?

ANSWER:

After purchase you will receive access to your coaching milestone which includes your Calendly scheduling link. Simply click the link, choose your preferred date and time, and complete your brief intake questions during booking. Jordanna personally reviews all sessions before confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link or in-person location details within 24 hours.

QUESTION 3:

Can I purchase a session more than once?

ANSWER:

Absolutely. Many clients return for additional sessions after experiencing the value of their first call. Simply purchase again and follow the same scheduling steps. Returning clients are always welcome.

QUESTION 4:

Do I need to have my business documents ready before my session?

ANSWER:

No. If you do not have all your documents together that is completely okay. Come with whatever you have. Even if you only have questions Jordanna will meet you exactly where you are. The goal is to help you move forward from wherever you are starting.

How long before I receive my written action summary after my session?

ANSWER:

Your written action summary will be delivered to your email within 48 hours of your completed session. It will include your key takeaways, your next steps, and your path forward. Keep it. Reference it. Start with step one.
