How egregores limit you
Limiting egregores restrict you on four specific levels:
Perceptual narrowing – Reality gets filtered through a single emotional state or pattern. You see threat, guilt, the need to escape, or conflict. Neutral or constructive options fade out of awareness.
Reaction automation – Choice is replaced with pre-written scripts.
Tension → addiction.
Shame → isolation.
Anger → attack.
Free will remains, but operates within a narrow corridor defined by the program.
Energy loop – The egregore requires a constant supply of specific energy. When you try to break the cycle, it generates internal resistance, fuels thoughts like “this is pointless,” or pushes you back into old habits to maintain its source.
Identity substitution – “I want” gradually turns into “it must.” Your decisions, relationships, and goals begin to serve the program instead of your growth. The egregore doesn’t lock the door—it makes you close it yourself, convinced it’s “logical” or “safe.”
This is not a curse or fate. It’s a mechanical loop that maintains a state.
Recognizing the pattern means reclaiming the space between stimulus and response. That’s where your choice returns.
