OTC English Check 是海外督導製作的免費英文四項初步診斷，適合尚未考過正式檢定，或希望在選課、備考前先了解學習起點的學生。

A free initial English diagnostic from Overseas Tutorial Centre, for learners who want a starting point before choosing lessons or planning exam preparation. No formal test result is needed.

四項內容 / Four skills

聽力 Listening：3 段原創合成英語音檔、12 題，約 8 分鐘。Three synthetic recordings and 12 questions, about 8 minutes.

閱讀 Reading：3 篇原創短文、12 題，約 8 分鐘。Three passages and 12 questions, about 8 minutes.

口說 Speaking：2 個錄音任務，可錄音、回聽、重錄及下載，約 6 分鐘。Two tasks with recording, playback and download, about 6 minutes.

寫作 Writing：60–90 字短電郵、120–180 字意見段落，附字數提示及可選計時器，約 15 分鐘。A short email and opinion paragraph, with word counts and optional timers, about 15 minutes.

用法 / How to use

1. 預留約 35–45 分鐘，或分段完成。準備安靜環境、耳機及麥克風。Allow about 35–45 minutes, or work in stages. Prepare a quiet place, headphones and microphone.

2. 學習代號可選填，不需要真名或證件。Use an optional alias; no identity documents are needed.

3. 獨立作答，不使用翻譯、AI 或他人代答；不會的可留空。Work independently without translation, AI or someone answering for you; unknown answers may be left blank.

4. 以自己的經驗回答口說，再完成寫作。Use your own examples for speaking and your own English for writing.

5. 到「我的報告」下載 TXT／JSON 報告。口說音檔需另外下載，不會嵌入報告；列印時可另存 PDF。Download the TXT/JSON report and each speaking file separately. Your print dialog may also offer Save as PDF.

6. 如需老師評閱，另行聯絡 OTC 確認安排及費用，再分享資料。Arrange teacher review separately before sharing your work.

包含網頁 app 入口、中英雙語詳細指南及保存結果說明。The pack contains the web-app link, a detailed bilingual guide and instructions for saving your work.

結果解讀 / Understanding results

聽讀依答案自動計分。口說與寫作保留原稿供老師評閱，不自動判定程度。未作答不等於程度低；結果只反映這次短任務。

Listening and reading use an answer key. Speaking and writing need teacher review and are not automatically graded. Unanswered items do not establish low proficiency. Results describe these short tasks only.

免費範圍 / Free access

定價免費，包含初步診斷工具及指南。不包含人工批改、個別學習規劃、課程或考試報名；下載不代表已預約老師。

Free access includes the tool and guide. Personal marking, individual learning plans, lessons and exam bookings are not included. Downloading does not book a teacher.

資料保存 / Saving your work

文字及選項儲存在目前瀏覽器。錄音只在目前頁面保留，重新整理或關閉前請下載。共用裝置用完請清除紀錄。工具不會自動傳送作答給 OTC。

Text and choices stay in this browser. Audio lasts only for the current page session: download before refreshing or closing. Clear saved work on shared devices. The tool does not automatically send your work to OTC.
