About This Resource

Embark on an exciting art and craft journey inspired by the wonders of the polar regions! This resource introduces children to the breathtaking artwork of David McEown and guides them in creating their own 3D polar tundra.

Designed for children ages 5 to 11, this resource blends creativity, learning, and environmental awareness into a hands-on artistic adventure. Each activity is approximately an hour long (not including any drying time) to complete, but these can be done over a shorter or longer period to suit your timetable. From start to finish this is 6 to 7 hours.
