This vocabulary book is based on what I’ve learned from teaching Korean for over eight years. I realized that learning words by topic, instead of memorizing them separately, is a much more effective way to build vocabulary—and that’s how this book was created!

It covers essential A1 Korean vocabulary, organized into 36 categories (such as places, objects, countries, languages, family, school, food, time, body, fruits, vegetables, and more). To make learning even more efficient, the most commonly used topics are placed at the beginning.
