Erick R Assistant Manager Planet Fitness Flirted With Me First Then Told The Entire Club I Am Stalking Him

Erick R. an assistant manager at Planet Fitness located at 175 E 400 S Salt Lake City, Utah 84101, started flirting with me around November of 2025. I did recipricate, and enjoyed talking with him. He asked me how I like the massage chairs, and I told him by email that the chairs can feel very sexual. I didn't know the manager Javon H. would intercept the email, and that's when things got weird. Erick backed off from me and started acting funny. He then started telling everyone that I was stalking him. Erick started harassing me by having his blonde female employees deny me the use of the massage chairs. One evening, I signed up to use the massage chairs when Erick was working with a blonde woman. I told her three times that the chair wasn't turned on. I didn't say anything that time, I let it go.

The next time, Monday April 4th, 2026 I asked to sign up for the Total Body Enhancement, Erick was working with another blonde female. She told me to wait in the waiting area, and said a man was using it. No one was using it. She lied. This time I confronted Erick, and told him that he needed to be fired. I need an attorney to sue for sexual harassment, and undue emotional abuse, and manipulation.
