Being able to coach is something more than knowing a lot about football. You will see that. That’s the goal of this book. It presents 40 tips to train better in football and team sports. My desire is to give the readers of this book simple strategies to make their players better. Short and played to the foot. No more words will I write than are necessary.

I trust that the effort I put into writing this book has been worth it. It will be those who buy this handy little training guide who will judge it. Also the spreaders are only as good as those who read their works believe.
