AiRO Aerodynamic Analysis (CFD-Based)
Unlock Free Speed Through Aerodynamics
AiRO (Aerodynamic Rider Optimization) is an advanced aerodynamic analysis using CFD simulations and AI-driven software to measure and improve your cycling position and equipment.
AiRO is wind tunnel validated, and the CFD approach is based on peer-reviewed academic literature.
Because the Digital Aero Twin remains perfectly still in every simulation, we remove one of the biggest sources of error seen in traditional aero testing — allowing results with accuracy comparable to wind tunnel testing.
What you get:
- Aerodynamic analysis of your current position
- Estimated CdA value (aero efficiency)
- Baseline analysis of your current position
- 7 additional simulations testing:
- Different positions
- Different helmet options
- Comparison of all tests
- Clear practical recommendations based on measurable improvements
Who it’s for
- Triathletes (especially 70.3 & Ironman)
- Time trial cyclists
- Performance-focused riders
- Athletes looking for free speed without more training
What I need from you
After purchase, you’ll receive a questionnaire and upload the following:
Images
- Full body standing image in race setup
- (trisuit, socks/calf sleeves if used — no shoes, no helmet)
- On-bike image from the side
- On-bike image from the front
👉 All bike images should be taken in your normal race position
Why it matters
Aerodynamics is the biggest resistance factor in cycling at speed.
Small changes in position or equipment can save significant watts and time — without increasing training load.
This is about working smarter, not harder.
What this service is (important)
This is not a bike fit.
This is an aerodynamic analysis (aero fit) focused on helping you:
- Find a faster position
- Understand which direction to work with your position
- Identify potential improvements in helmet and setup choices
In some cases, I may identify a faster position that you’re not ready to hold yet — but this gives you a clear direction to work towards over time.
