Byzantine Kaleidoscope Necklace: Oval with Heart Charm

The Artefacta Collection Necklaces are a limited edition of sophisticated wearable jewelry artifacts, featuring sustainable design practices which explore the intersection of organic chaos and permanent preservation.

Each piece features my own abstract fine art ink on handmade paper with intricate, iridescent embellishments meticulously hand-placed on both sides. My art is then captured forever beneath a high-gloss, glassy resin glaze. Beginning as humble scraps of recycled cardboard boxes, every necklace in the Artefacta Collection is an original, and reversible, piece of Art to Wear, adding twice the value to each piece.

Byzantine Kaleidoscope invites you to browse a world of dappled shade and glowing light. It is my color palette of rich reds, pinks and fuchsias, deep blues and greens, sunny yellow, gold and green, and the moody, evocative shades that result when these colors mix and blend in fluid harmony on handmade paper.
