DZ Solo Barrel Bundle v1.1.2 Foam Dart Toy Accessory .STL Files

These are Digital .STL files for 3D Printing a series of alternate barrels for the Dart Zone Solo toy foam dart blaster. Take your Dart Zone Solo to the next level by converting it to fire Mega darts, Ultra darts, triple short darts, or by turning it into a 3 shot inline blaster or even attaching it to your favorite blaster as a masterkey!

12/2/23 - V1.1 - Air seal Improvements across the board, adjusted the "Tight" versions to be not so tight, and a more optimized airpath in the Triple Shot & Tri Key versions!

1/29/2024 - v1.1.2 - Widened the recesses for the hex nuts on the picatinny clamps slightly to compensate for printer tolerances

INCLUDED in the File Bundle are files for the following:

3 shot Inline Barrel - "Basic" or “Tactical” versions - The Tactical version has built in iron sights and a section of Picatinny Rail on the bottom of the barrel. To use: open the barrel, load 3 darts into the back, close the barrel, and prime and fire 3 times in a row. This modification lowers the fps to around 95-105 in my testing with Dart Zone Max darts, which makes this both an excellent plinker and a great HvZ sidearm.

Ultra Barrel - Muzzle loaded single shot Ultra Dart barrel. I'm seeing ~85fps in my chrono tests.

Mega Barrel - Muzzle loaded single shot Mega Dart barrel. I'm seeing ~55fps in my chrono tests.

Triple Shot Barrel - Muzzle loaded triple shot Half Dart barrel. I can't chrono this one due to the multiple projectiles. 

Masterkey versions of the Ultra, Mega, and Triple barrels (require 2 m5x30mm screws and 2 m5 hex nuts to attach to picatinny rails (hardware included)

LICENSING - Standard Digital File

One purchase of the Bundle is good for unlimited personal use or ONE sold DZ Solo barrel. For additional sales, repurchasing the files is required. Contact me for a Licensing agreement if you would like to produce these 

commercially.
