In this video I demonstrate and provide coaching points for 26 highly effective bodyweight and static strength exercises. What's more the exercises require minimal training equipment meaning you can get an awesome strength workout in minimal time at home (training equipment needed: heavy-duty strap, yoga block and exercise mat. A dowel, dip bars and suitable horizontal bar are ideal optional extras).
