Hotel Erwin Venice Beach, California

Hotel Erwin on Venice Beach, California, is not a very comfortable hotel, physically or as an employee. They allowed sexual harassment. There was a houseman on the fifth floor, who claimed to be married with a young baby. This man tried to force himself on female employees by going to hide out in the hotel suites that the housekeepers needed to clean. He refused to leave the room as the hotel housekeeper entered the room, and the supervisors allowed it. The supervisors and upper management could have been involved. Different Hispanic men would come into the rooms of the housekeepers while the room was being cleaned. Hispanic men would be in the bed nude, waiting for the housekeepers to enter the room. It was a very creepy vibe managed by Aimsbridge Hospitality
