Conversation Café flow:
Round 1 (1–2 min each): what brought you here?
Round 2 (2–3 min each): choose one prompt; others listen.
Open conversation (10–20 min): respond with curiosity; gentle timekeeper; optional talking piece.
Close (1 min each): one sentence of “what I’m taking with me.”
