My "White Bar PJF"

A Look Inside the PJF: Consists of the white bar animation with my animation preset applied onto the layer. I have also attatched my video mask preset in order for you to mask out the clip into the white bar.

Instruction for the white bar and video mask preset: Pre comp the white bars together. Inside the pre comp, pre comp the white bars again. Next add your video/clip and have the clip sized to your composition. Finally pre comp it and apply the video mask preset. (Add your glow settings to the second pre comp white bars, otherwise it will apply to everything.)
