Avatar Commissions

My Avatar Comissions are currently open!!

For any questions, join my server or DM me on Discord at yawnderewaifu! Until you have spoken with me, DO NOT pay here! You will not be guaranteed a commission or your money back; I'll treat it as a gratuity. I can't accept a commission until I've had a conversation with you to find out what you want and how we can collaborate.

I won't take commissions from people who just utilize Quest. Because of the 10MB size constraint, it is very difficult to create beautiful quest versions. I don't want to spend time and effort creating something that won't turn out the way you want it to. 

Starting Price: $200 USD

I will never charge less than $200 USD for a complete avatar commission. Turn around time can be anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on how complicated avatar is.

Custom assets are decided on a case by case basis. I reserve the right to resell any assets I may make for your avatar.

• You must purchase all the assets. You may either include an upfront payment for me to acquire items, or you can gift them to me so I can place them on your model.
• You are free to choose from any assets I already own, such as bases and heads. This will not increase your commission price

What I can and Cannot offer:

• I CAN do head and base edits.
• I CAN do minor texture edits. I CANNOT do fully custom body textures. Please get in touch with me for additional details about this. (For instance, I'm not able to design you a tattoo; I can just apply an overlay tattoo to a body texture.)
• I CAN do basic toggles, facial expressions, gogoloco, material swaps, DPS/SPS, physbones, hueshifts, radials. props. I CANNOT do contacts. 
• I CAN do female, male, and femboy avatars. I CANNOT do furry avatars. (I do not own any furry bases, if you gift me one this can be changed)
• I CAN do quest avatars (fee will not be charged until i can confirm if its possible to convert your avatar since it isn't always possible)

PRICING:

Custom model base price starts at $200. You will receive: 

30 toggles

2-3 hair swap

5 - 10 matswaps (depending on whether you main quest or PC) 

full blender work (rigging, weightpainting, etc) 

minor texture editing (upon request)

full unity work (physbone setup, material setup locomotion, facial expressions / gestures, toggles, matswaps, etc) 

DPS/SPS setup (Must show proof of being 18+)

EXTRAS PRICING: 

• $20 for head edits. Although some edits could be simple, most things still take alot of time, and I might have to edit some, if not all, shape keys in the process. 

• $5 per extra 5 toggles. If you want more then the base 30, this will add on $5 for every 5 more you add. 

• $5 per extra 5 matswaps, If you want more then the base 10, this will add on $5 for every 5 more you add. 

• $10 per extra hairstyle swap. If you want more then the base 2-3 swap, (aka 4 hairstyles on your model) this will add on $10 for every 1 more you add. (If you're wondering why this is so expensive, it's because hair often includes a lot of physbones, which need a lot more work to set up in Unity.) 

I reserve the right to refuse anyone service without providing a reason.

I don't have to give an explanation for rejecting a commission request. My personal life and the creation of my own business models keep me very busy. I may refuse a customer's commission if I believe we won't work well together. 

I require 50% payment upfront

I understand as someone requesting a commission, it can be stressful paying completely upfront. Having said that, nothing is more frustrating for a creative than to rely on the word of a stranger person and not receive cash up front. I need half of the total amount we agreed upon up front, and the other half once I show you the finished model. (If the money is not paid in full, you will not receive the avatar package. (Before you complete the final payment, I will briefly upload the model publicly on VRC so you may clone it off of me and make sure everything is to your satisfaction. Once this has been confirmed the avatar will be completely removed from my account) 

I will not add DPS to your avatar if you are underage

There will be no flexibility toward this. If you believe this is unfair, or feel uncomfortable showing proof, it can't be helped. I refuse to give anybody a product that is capable of being utilized for sex without proof that they are at least 18 years old. (You can hide everything on the ID other than your name and date of birth for privacy). 

Unless there is an unfixable issue, changes to the assets on your avatar will not be valid once I start work in Unity.

When I import your model into Unity, I'll notify you. Once I've begun in Unity, any request for a different assets will be declined. Please choose all of your assets up front. Once Unity work has begun, an asset will only be revised or replaced if an unfixable issue occurs.

In the case that what you want is less than what is provided, I will not reduce my base pricing.

Please take use of what is available; my standard pricing of $200 will not be reduced if you just want 5 toggles on your avatar rather than the 30 that are included. Because it takes so long to put together a model, I cannot accept anything less than the base price. 

Your commissioned avatar is prohibited from being shared or resold in any manner.

This avatar is being created exclusively for you. It is strictly prohibited to redistribute this avatar in any form. It is not permitted to be redistributed for free, shared publicly in VRC, or sold for any kind of compensation, this includes money or avatar trades. In exchange, I assure you I will not sell this model at any point or hand it out for free to anybody.

Despite the fact that this avatar is exclusive to you, I will still require credit.

You must give me credit if you use this avatar on any social media site. This encompasses, but goes beyond to: Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, Instagram, Photos / Recordings of Dancing, Modeling, and any NSFW platforms

Please add a link to my shop or discord server, my name (YawndereWaifu), and my discord account (yawnderewaifu) when crediting.

You are not entitled to a refund if you decide not to continue with this commission; I retain the right to resell it.

After you have paid your 50% deposit and I've imported your avatar into Unity, if you decide you no longer want it, I will not issue a refund. Furthermore, if you drop out after having started working in Unity, I reserve the right to finish the model and sell it commercially in order to recoup my time and work.

Please be ready with your concept.

Kindly refrain from DMing me if you're looking for a commission but are uncertain about the design you want. I can provide you any assets that I own for the model. I am able to find assets for you, however it is very time consuming to go through the markets looking for specific assets. When you contact me, please have some ideas about what you would want, or be prepared to look for yourself after we've had a chance to talk about it. A concept can be an illustration, a mood board, or even a written description.

If you purchase through this listing before or without contacting me regarding your commission, it will be seen as a gift and you will not be reimbursed.
