Playing over D C add9 G

This is a great way to approach playing over a D Mixolydian chord progression of D Cadd9 G.

You can use D major pentatonic, D minor pentatonic and D Dominant Pentatonic Or D Mixolydian.

There are 3 really useful scales of D major pent, D minor Pent & D Dominant pentatonic which gives you an interesting sound. If you are looking to learn to play a bit more of a variety sounds than just the minor pentatonic then this is really useful for you!
