The Home Athlete Blueprint is a structured 12-week system built around one goal: turning you into a stronger, more athletic version of yourself — with just a pull-up bar and one dumbbell.
Phase 1 — Foundation (Weeks 1–4) is where it starts.
In 4 weeks you will:

• Build back width, shoulder strength, and arm definition
• Develop explosive legs and a solid core
• Learn how to train like an athlete, not just work out
