Synesthesia is a fascinating sensory phenomenon where one sense triggers another—sounds may have colors, numbers may feel textured, or words may carry flavor. It’s a deeply personal and visual experience, full of unexpected connections and harmony. When I saw this uniquely and intriguingly dyed yarn, synesthesia immediately came to mind.
I like to support indie dyers and I bought the yarn from my LYS owne, Lisa. Her yarns are not listed on Ravelry.

Materials
Any kind of fingering weight yarn, 365m/100g, 400yds/3.5oz, merino or merino blend, if possible
2 colors – Main Color (MC) – nature on sample, Contrast Color (CC) – colorful on sample

Gauge
28 sts x 36 rows = 4” x 4“/ 10 x 10 cm in stockinette, with US 2 ½ /3mm knitting needles
Swatch both plain stockinette and colorwork, as you might need to change needle sizes to maintain the gauge. Block your swatch the same way you plan to block your pullover and let it fully dry before measuring the gauge.

Knitting in the round, short rows, trapping floats in stranded knitting, lifted increases, stretch bind-off.
