It covers some areas of nutrition you'll need to understand to eat healthfully and fuel appropriately for your training.
I also want you to enjoy your food and know how to problem-solve when things get sticky! There are activities at the end of each chapter to help reinforce what you've learned and help you navigate difficult situations.
As a coach, it's my job to help walk people through how these concepts apply to their situations. Knowing and understanding these basics can help you get over the first hump.
