English

The story of the Solano surname: a name with many possible roots and why the sources disagree, the chestnut wood on the Aspromonte that bears the same name, the slip of the pen that turns Solano into another surname, why the Spanish Solano is not the Italian one, the map of the families in Italy, and an honest page about the coat of arms.

At the end, a family tree to fill in and a surname scroll to print.
