Consultation is virtual one on one session and usually lasts about 45-60 minutes via google meet.

The purpose of the consultation is to get to the root of your specific problems. It comes with a 30 day action/meal plan and ONE check in meeting which lasts 15 minutes. The cost is $250 USDc
