Clients: list up to 100 clients with default payment terms (in days). Billed, paid and outstanding totals fill in for each client

Invoices: up to 500 invoices. Pick the client, type the issue date, amount and status (Draft, Sent, Paid or Void). The due date is worked out from the client's terms, or from terms you type on that invoice. Days to pay, days overdue and a flag (Overdue, Due soon, OK or Paid) calculate for you

Income: invoiced and paid for each month of the year you choose, with a chart

Dashboard: money owed to you, overdue amount and count, due soon, drafts not yet sent, invoiced and paid this year, average days to get paid and your biggest client
