I invite you to sit down to reflect for the seventh and final time during this Start Monday with Gratitude experience.
Throughout this year, I have invited you to do a number of reflections. Why? Because reflection helps us to grow, it helps us see the things that aren't quite working and tweak them, and it helps us determine some of our strengths, strengths we can borrow and use when things are a bit more challenging. As a result, you are now ending this year not only with a new and positive habit of daily gratitude, but also a way to continue to reflect on your practice so you keep on track for a life filled with gratitude and all the abundance and positivity that that attracts.
It's good and important to take time to periodically reflect so we can continue following the best possible path.
