NS 1942RP - Reisepass Plugin

A 1942RP Nutscript Reisepass plugin used for character documentation between players for roleplay scenarios. It includes the ability to enter and view character information for world building purposes. The UI is based off of real-world WW2 documentation for realism and educational purposes.
