3) The Christmas Puzzle Countdown (35 pages). A 24-day puzzle advent calendar for ages 8-12, one small puzzle a day from December 1 to 24. The letters spell a secret Christmas Eve message. It comes with day cards, a letter tracker, a reveal page, and an answer key.

Use the Missing Pie mystery on Thanksgiving, the Countdown for December 1-24, and the Elf Workshop game for a holiday party or winter-break game day. Each kit has its own instructions. Color looks best; black-and-white printing works for all three.
