Year-end statements without a week of January evenings. This kit gives small-church treasurers one spreadsheet for the whole year: log every gift, count the offering with two counters, and print a clean one-page contribution statement for each household in a few clicks.

MADE FOR SMALL AND BILINGUAL CHURCHES

Choose a statement language for each household. The English statement always prints, and an optional second-language block prints under it. It's set up for Marshallese and Tagalog plus one more language you can rename, and you type the translation your church trusts.

WHAT'S INSIDE

- Gifts log (2,000 rows): date, household, fund, amount, method, check number. Noncash items are logged with a description only (no value), and gifts where goods or services were given in return get a good-faith estimate. Red cells catch missing details.

- Households (200): name as printed, address, language, statement-sent date, and automatic totals.

- One-page statement: pick a household and it fills itself, with gifts by month and by fund, the total, noncash gifts, goods or services provided, and acknowledgment wording that switches automatically. Print it or save it as PDF.

- Two-counter count sheet: both counters enter bill and coin counts and any mismatch says "Recount". Includes checks, total deposit and a deposit slip check. A printable blank PDF is included too.

- Treasurer dashboard: total given, households giving, who needs a written acknowledgment ($250+ single gift), disclosure flags (payments over $75 with goods given), funds, months, statements sent and a send-by countdown.

- Settings: church details, year, signer, and every line of statement wording, all editable. Thresholds are editable too.
