This book was lovingly created by a full-time caregiver for her own grandmother to help during the long, restless, and busy hours throughout the day. Some pages would keep her happily occupied for long periods, while other activities simply encouraged conversation, calmness, and meaningful moments together.

One of the most important parts of creating this book was making sure it did not feel childish, clinical, or embarrassing to carry around. That is why the title is simply “My Activity Book” — allowing it to be taken to cafés, appointments, rest homes, hospitals, day programmes, or anywhere else comfortably and without judgement.

The soft colours, gentle layouts, and easy-to-follow activities were intentionally designed to feel calming, respectful, and comforting.
