User Activity for Booknetic


Take full control over appointment changes in your system with my User Activity add-on. This powerful add-on allows you to track and log all modifications made to appointments, whether the changes come from admins or staff on the backend, or from customers using the frontend interfaces like booking panel or customer panel.

This add-on focuses exclusively on appointment-related changes, giving you a clear history of all booking updates. Every action is recorded with a timestamp and the user responsible for the change.


Key features:

  • Logs when new appointment created and status changes (e.g. approved, canceled, rejected)
  • Tracks appointment reschedules (date/time changes)
  • Records staff, location, note, customer, extra or service changes
  • Shows when the appointment marked as paid
  • Supports both backend (admin/staff) and frontend (customer) actions
  • Stores detailed information about who made each change and when


You'll always know exactly what's happened, and who did it!


The add-on also includes a dedicated page within the admin panel (or SaaS panel if you're using SaaS version) where you can browse, search, and filter all recorded appointment changes.


Please note: logging starts only after the add-on is installed and gave permission to the tenant (only in SaaS version). Any changes made before installation will not appear in the log.

How to install:

  1. Go to Add New Plugin in WordPress
  2. Upload and install the ZIP file
  3. Enjoy!
