I created this journal because I find journaling to be very therapeutic and
helpful. The process of writing allows me to get what’s in my head and heart
out in a way that doesn’t harm others. I believe people need to vent. In the
words of the cartoon character Shrek “better out then in.” I feel we all
need to rid ourselves of all the negative stuff that resides within us. Than fill
that space with words that help create what our hearts true desires are.
