The Empowerment Journey
A 5-week coaching experience designed to help you step into your confidence, align with your purpose, and take intentional action toward your goals.
A 5-week coaching experience designed to help you step into your confidence, align with your purpose, and take intentional action toward your goals.
This is the deeper of the two coaching arcs. If Ignite Personal Growth is the first honest look at what's been running the show, Empowerment Journey is what comes after — five weeks of sustained work on purpose, identity, and the habits that either support that identity or quietly work against it.
We meet weekly, either one-on-one or in a small group, depending on what you choose. Between sessions, you'll have two tools to keep the work moving: a self-talk reframe journal, and a simple habit tracker built around accountability, not perfection.
Most people who take this have already done some version of the awareness work — through the podcast, the companion, or Ignite Personal Growth. If you haven't, that's fine too. We just start from wherever you are.

Who is this for?
Someone who already has some awareness of the pattern they want to shift, and is ready to spend five weeks actually working it through — not someone looking for a first introduction. If this is your first time doing this kind of work, start with Ignite Personal Growth instead.
What's included?
Five weekly sessions, plus the reframe journal and habit tracker to use between them. Everything is built around one pace: weekly, steady, no catching up required if a week gets away from you.
How is this different from Ignite Personal Growth?
Ignite is four weeks and foundational — one pattern, one shift. Empowerment Journey is five weeks and goes further: purpose, sustained identity work, and the habits underneath both. Think of Ignite as the door and this as the room on the other side of it.
Do I need prior coaching experience?
No formal experience, but some familiarity with the practice helps — through the podcast, the companion, or Ignite Personal Growth. If you're brand new to this work, Ignite is the better starting point.
What can I expect by the end?
More clarity on what you're actually building, a habit or two that's started to hold on its own, and a clearer sense of the identity underneath both. Not a finished process — five weeks of real movement.
