FINALLY I did a Care Bears inspired base! I had to do something like this as I absolutely adore Care Bears and have for years ^^

Comes with Canine and Feline .png and .psd files ONLY.

The edits on the last example are custom and are not included with the base.

You may use this base for commissions, personal colorins, edit the lineart, etc

Always give me credit and do not redistribute or resell the base files themselves. Enjoy
