A fully accrediated employer has met all the requirements set by the government, including having a good employer reputation. Employers who are not fully accredited are not considered to be full-time employers and can therefore receive fewer benefits, such as medical insurance and retirement savings. The Accredited Employer is the designated employer of a certain type of job-training program. The program is approved by the state or local government and is registered with the employing authority. The Accredited Employer must provide training, certification, and support services to its students.
