Email an Excel or CSV report to the right people on a schedule, automatically, from a Windows PC.

Every Monday someone opens last week's export, copies it into an email, adds up the total and sends it to the same people. Report Emailer does it for you. Point it at a file, or the folder where your exports land, and it sends a tidy email with the data in a table, totals for the columns you choose, and the file attached.

WHAT IT DOES

• Nothing to install: runs on PowerShell, built into Windows 10 and 11. Excel isn't needed either.

• Reads .xlsx and .csv files, and always picks the newest export in a folder

• A clean email: your message, a table of the columns you choose, totals, and the full file attached

• Sends through classic Outlook (no passwords, ideal for Microsoft 365 offices) or Gmail and other email services with an encrypted app password

• Runs daily, on weekdays, weekly or monthly. If the PC was off, it sends as soon as it's back

• Skips empty or out-of-date files and emails you an alert instead, so nobody gets last week's numbers

• Preview any report in your browser before it's sent

• A simple double-click menu, sample reports and step-by-step guides

GOOD TO KNOW

• Windows 10 or 11 only (no Mac)

• Sends a file that's already on your PC. It doesn't log into your accounting or sales software

• The PC needs to be on and signed in at the scheduled time (locked is fine)

• The "new Outlook" app can't be automated. Use classic Outlook or Gmail
