This tracker is designed for applicants applying to Ontario MD programs through OMSAS during the 2026–2027 cycle. You can add other schools using the blank rows, but requirements and deadlines outside Ontario are not prefilled.

File and compatibility

You will receive one editable `.xlsx` workbook immediately after purchase. Microsoft Excel is recommended. Compatibility with Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs is not guaranteed because formatting, formulas, filters, and dropdowns may change during import.
