ONE DAY AT A TIME

A Guided Workbook for Finding Your Way Forward When Life Doesn't Look the Way It Used To

Sometimes life changes in ways we never expected.

The loss of someone you love. The end of a relationship. Divorce. Loneliness. A career change. Or simply reaching a point where the life you once knew doesn't look the same anymore.

One Day at a Time was created for those moments.

You don't have to figure out the rest of your life today.

You only have to work on today.

70 pages • 30 guided days • Interactive fillable PDF • Instant download

WHY I CREATED IT

I didn't create this workbook because I have life completely figured out.

I created it because I've experienced loss, heartbreak, major life changes, and periods when I genuinely didn't know what my next chapter was supposed to look like.

Writing, faith, family, and learning to focus on what I could control today became important parts of my own journey.

I'm still learning. I'm still growing. I'm still moving forward.

My hope is that some of what has helped me can give you a place to slow down, be honest about what you're feeling, and begin taking your own steps forward.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Through guided reflections, journaling exercises, practical action steps, and optional faith reflections, you'll explore:

• Giving yourself permission to feel

• Accepting what you cannot change

• Recognizing what and who you still have

• Separating what you can control from what you can't

• Creating simple daily structure

• Giving difficult thoughts somewhere to go

• Reconnecting with gratitude, purpose, and hope

• Beginning to imagine your next chapter

You'll also learn the PAUSE Method—a simple five-step process for difficult moments:

Pause • Acknowledge • Understand • Select • Engage

30 DAYS. ONE DAY AT A TIME.

The workbook includes a structured 30-day guided journey, with a different reflection each day.

Rather than trying to fix everything at once, you'll focus on three simple questions:

How am I feeling?

What can I control?

What is one step I can take today?

Because even a small step is still a step forward.

FAITH WITHOUT PRESSURE

Faith has become an important part of my own journey, so selected pages include optional faith-based reflections.

This is not a devotional, and you don't have to share my beliefs to use this workbook.

If faith is part of your life—or something you're exploring—you can use those moments for prayer. If it isn't, you can simply use them for quiet personal reflection.
