How to use this Running Log?
Use any Running app that can track your runs on your phone / watch. You can then fill up the result in this tracker / log.
- Date: date that you ran.
- Run time : how long you run (time).
- Distance: how far you ran (km or miles).
- Run type: type of run you're running. Samples are easy run, long run, interval run, tempo run, hill repeats.
- Zone: heart rate zones (can be measured by wrist watch, chest strap or "talk test").
a. Zone 1 = Can talk smoothly.
b. Zone 2 = Can have conversation.
c. Zone 3 = Can talk in small sentences.
d. Zone 4 = Can talk one or two words at a time.
e. Zone 5 = Cannot talk / out of breathe.
6. Ave. Pace: usually provided by the running app. It measures how fast you run per km / mile and getting the average.
7. Ave. Cadence: usually provided by the running app. It is the number of steps you take per minute.
8. Calories burn: It is the calories burn on the entire duration of run.
9. Notes: Write how you feel, what you're wearing, injury, etc.
Badges: The most exciting part! Shade that badge once you unlock that achievement!
- 5k : when you run 5 kilometers or 3.1 miles.
- 10k: when you run 10 kilometers or 6.2 miles.
- 21k: half marathon; when you run 21 kilometers or 13 miles.
- 42k: full marathon; when you run 42 kilometers or 26 miles.
- Sub 1: finish 10 kilometers in 1 hour.
- Sub 2: finish half marathon in 2 hours.
- Sub 3: finish a full marathon in 3 hours.
- Sub -20: finish 5 kilometers in 20 minutes.
- Sub -30: finish 5 kilometers in 30 minutes.
*SUB - refers to a time lower than a certain benchmark
