One spreadsheet does the lot. Add your products once to create a polished wholesale price list (line sheet) to send to shops. When an order comes in, pick each product from a drop-down, type the number of cases, and the order form works out units, line totals, delivery and the grand total. It also warns you if the order is under your minimum. Then the invoice fills itself in, ready to print or save as PDF.

Set your own minimum order, case packs, delivery charge and free-delivery threshold. There's a simple VAT on/off switch: leave it off while you're not registered, or switch it on to show your VAT number, rate and VAT total.
