AI Agency Project & Delivery OS

Clients, projects, deliverables, revisions, retainers, and invoices — one Notion page that shows what's active, what's overdue, and your retainer MRR at a glance. The AI Agency Project & Delivery OS is a complete agency workspace built for small AI automation agencies (and any small service team) juggling several clients at once. Instead of tracking work across chat threads and spreadsheets, everything lives on one page: a dashboard that surfaces overdue deliverables, waiting revisions, and unpaid invoices automatically, so nothing hides in a chat thread again; a Retainer MRR view that totals your active monthly retainers for you; % Complete per project, driven by real deliverable status, not guesswork; and per-client outstanding balances without spreadsheet math. Inside are six connected databases — Clients, Projects, Deliverables, Revision Requests, Retainers, and Invoices — plus realistic fictional sample data so you can click through a working example before adding your own. It is fully self-contained: duplicate it into your workspace, delete the sample data, and start in minutes. No other template, add-on, or paid tool is required. This template requires a free Notion account. Delivery is a digital file containing the template link and simple step-by-step duplication instructions — open the link, click Duplicate, and the template lands in your own workspace.
